No. When Certified Carbon acquires carbon credits we retired them, so they can no longer be transferred to other third parties.
We allocate our retired credits in our own registry to ensure there isn’t a duplication of carbon offsets.

Yes. If you contact us with 28 days of purchase we will provide you with a full refund.
For larger transactions (£1,000+) we may deduct any third party transaction costs that we’ve incurred.
